- Right of Portability: You may have a right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to request that we transfer it to a third party, in certain circumstances and with certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt out of Sale or Sharing or Targeted Advertising: You may have a right to direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information or to opt out of the processing of your personal information for purposes considered to be "targeted advertising", as defined in applicable privacy laws. Please note that if you visit our Site with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will automatically treat this as a request to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of information for the device and browser that you use to visit the Site.
- Restriction of Processing: You may have the right to ask us to stop or restrict our processing of personal information.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Where we rely on consent to process your personal information, you may have the right to withdraw this consent.

You may exercise any of these rights where indicated on our Site or by contacting us using the contact details provided below.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your email address or account information, before providing a substantive response to the request. In accordance with applicable laws, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to your request in a timely manner as required under applicable law.

Klarna instalment display on product pages and in the cart
On product pages, landing pages and in the cart, we show you below the price the monthly instalment from which you can pay with Klarna. This service is provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. So that the display matches the respective amount, your browser loads content from servers of Klarna Bank AB (js.klarna.com, x.klarnacdn.net) when you open these pages. In doing so, Klarna receives your IP address, information about your browser, language and time zone, and the purchase amount displayed. Klarna uses this information to provide the matching instalment display, and for security and fraud prevention.
Klarna stores technical entries in your browser: “__klarna_sdk_version” in local storage, and “__klarna_sdk_identity-api” and “__klarna_sdk_default-config” in session storage, which are deleted when you close your browser. According to Klarna, the entry “__klarna_sdk_klarna-shopping-session” (local storage, 48 hours) and the session cookie “__klarna_sdk_config” may also be set. The display neither creates a Klarna account nor triggers a payment; you only decide which payment method to use at checkout.
The legal basis for the display is our legitimate interest in transparently presenting the available payment options and their costs to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as information is stored in or read from your browser, this is strictly necessary to provide the instalment display (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). If you choose Klarna as your payment method, Klarna processes your data under its own responsibility. Further information: https://www.klarna.com/international/privacy-policy/
Advertising measurement with Meta on our funnel pages (go.starkfeld.com)
On the Recovery-Check at go.starkfeld.com/m/funnels/starkfeld/regenplan, we measure which advertising brings you to us and whether you sign up. For this we use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta"). On this page, measurement is switched on from your first visit. You can object at any time with "Deaktivieren" ("Deactivate") in the "Marketing-Einstellungen" notice. On other funnel pages at go.starkfeld.com, we only measure if you expressly agree there.
We transmit two events: the page view and, if you sign up, the signup. Meta receives your IP address, information about your browser (user agent), the time, an event identifier, a pseudonymous identifier of your measurement setting, the Meta click identifier (fbclid) if you come to us via a Meta ad, and, when you sign up, your email address in hashed form (SHA-256). Your browser also loads the page view as a small image from www.facebook.com; in doing so, Meta can read its own cookies already present in your browser, as far as your browser allows. We transmit the signup only directly from our server to Meta, even if an ad blocker prevented the page view from being measured. We do not share your answers in the Recovery-Check, your result or your email address in plain text with Meta.
Meta uses this information to show us which ads lead to visits and signups, to optimise the delivery of our ads and to build audiences for our advertising, for example people who visited the Recovery-Check. To do so, Meta matches the information with user accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
We store your measurement setting for 90 days in the cookie "__Secure-stl_funnel_ads" on go.starkfeld.com: as a random identifier while measurement is on, or as the value "declined" after you have objected. We also store your choice in the notice in your browser's local storage ("stl_funnel_ads_choice") so that the notice does not reappear on every visit. We store the information to be transmitted in encrypted form until it is sent and delete its content as soon as Meta confirms receipt. We store the measurement setting, including any click identifier, in encrypted form for no longer than 90 days.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the success of our advertising and delivering it economically (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We are jointly responsible with Meta for collecting the data and transmitting it to Meta (Art. 26 GDPR); the details are set out in Meta's Controller Addendum (https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum). Meta alone is responsible for any further processing. Meta may transfer data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. Further information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
You can object to advertising measurement at any time (Art. 21 GDPR): with "Deaktivieren" in the "Marketing-Einstellungen" notice, which you can reopen at any time via "Cookie-Einstellungen" at the end of the page; after that we transmit no events to Meta for 90 days, or by email to kundenservice@starkfeld.com. With "Aktiv lassen" ("Keep active") you can switch measurement back on.
