3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the “Buy” button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Prices and terms of payment
All prices are final prices and include statutory value added tax. The prices at the time of ordering apply.

5. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process.Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2-4 business days. We will inform you immediately in the event of delivery delays.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HMD Services GmbH, Landolinsteige 1/1, 73728 Esslingen am Neckar, email: kundenservice@starkfeld.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
8. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
9. Warranty and liability
The statutory liability for defects applies.We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, as well as for damages resulting from the breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation).

11. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
12. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here:

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final provisions
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
