1. General Provisions

Welcome to SBX GmbH. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the services offered through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. The prices at the time of the order apply.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Google Pay

Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship exclusively within Europe. Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2-4 business days. We will inform you immediately of any delivery delays.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SBX GmbH, Schönestraße 33, 70372 Stuttgart, Email: kundenservice@starkfeld.com, Phone: +49 (0) 711 96880519) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

8. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

9. Warranty and Liability

The statutory liability for defects applies.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages resulting from the breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation).

10. Data Protection

Information on the collection, processing, and use of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

11. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
