Select order & start return
Select the order you want to return and click on “Initiate return.”

Specify reason for return
Help us improve – select a reason for return (optional).

Receive return label by email
You will automatically receive a free DHL return label including a QR code by email.

Pack the item securely & drop it off
Stick the label on your package or show the QR code at the DHL branch.
Drop off your package at DHL or a Packstation near you – done!
