1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship exclusively within Europe. Our shipping zones are as follows:
- Zone 1: Germany
- Zone 2: Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, other EU countries, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
2. Shipping methods and delivery times
Your orders will be shipped with DPD or DHL. The average delivery time is 2-4 business days.
3. Shipping costs
Free shipping:
- Zone 1: Free shipping for orders over EUR 49.
- Zone 2: Free shipping for orders over EUR 49.
Shipping costs below the minimum order value:
- Zone 1: EUR 4.99 for orders under EUR 49.
- Zone 2: EUR 13.99 for orders under EUR 70.
4. Processing time
The processing time after receipt of your order is usually 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
5. Tracking and delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment via the link in the email.
If the package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at kundenservice@starkfeld.com. We will do our best to help you.
6. Customs and taxes
There are no additional customs fees or taxes within the EU. However, deliveries to the UK and Switzerland may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which are to be paid by the recipient.
7. Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving your order. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
