1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within Europe. Our shipping zones are as follows:

Zone 1: Germany
Zone 2: Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, remaining EU countries, Great Britain, and Switzerland

2. Shipping Methods and Duration

Your orders are shipped with DPD or DHL. The average delivery time is 2–4 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:

Zone 1: Free shipping on orders over 49 EUR.
Zone 2: Free shipping on orders over 70 EUR.

Shipping costs below the minimum order value:

Zone 1: 4.99 EUR for orders under 49 EUR.
Zone 2: 13.99 EUR for orders under 70 EUR.

4. Processing Time

The processing time after receipt of your order is usually one business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

5. Tracking and Delivery

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment via the link in the email.

6. Customs and Taxes

Within the EU, there are no additional customs duties or taxes. However, for deliveries to Great Britain and Switzerland, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.

7. Returns

Fulfilled orders can be returned free of charge within the voluntary 60-day period. Register the return with your order number and email address directly in the STARKFELD returns portal. There you will receive a free DHL PDF; for German senders, an additional QR code. The available files will also be sent as an email attachment. The statutory right of withdrawal remains completely unaffected.
